Probably you have heard by now who win the BIC election.  Here is the number of votes each candidate have got.

The total numbers of voters are 301

President:          Dr. Mohey Ismail (181)                  Mr.Jamal Iwieda (113)                 spoilt votes 7

Vice President: Mr. Yaqub Joya (164)                     Mr.Abdulrahim Baghdadi (127)   spoilt votes 10

Secretary:         Dr. Raied Al-Wazzan (179)            Mr. Eyad Abu-Khiran (109)          spoilt votes 13

Treasurer:         Dr. Shaik Irfan Basha (181)           Mr.Ali Al Moghrabi (108)            spoilt votes 12

Member 1:        Mr. Mohamad Ikram (179)           Mr. Ahmed Sebbeh (109)

Member 2:        Dr. Mohamed El-Tanani (174)      Mr. Hussain Ali (107)

On behalf of the elected committee, I would like to thanks every one took part in the election, specially the election committee and the independent observers for their hard work and extremely professional organisation of the election.  

I hope now we all put the election behind us and work together for the Muslim community in NI.

I must also thanks Dr. Huda, Dr Sayed El Tuhamy and Dr. Ahmed Helmy for their wisdom and support through out the election campaign.

Thank you to all Muslim community for the brilliant behaviours during the election.
